Branislav Tomich is a New York based actor, playwright, and theater arts educator whose diverse and eclectic background inform and drive his work in all areas related to performing. Having begun as a visual arts major he transitioned to studying dance and choreography, and then acting. He brings all of this experience to his work as an actor. His roles (see resume) run the gamut and include serious drama, sophisticated comedy as well as farce, the classics, and cutting edge experimental theater.
As a solo theater artist and writer of several one man shows he fuses the visual aspect of the painter, the physical awareness of the choreographer/dancer, and the examination of human behavior of the actor to unique and engaging, sometimes startling effect.
